What is your cancellation policy?
100% of booking charges (less $50 taxable cancellation fee) refunded if cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to arrival date. 50% of booking charges (less $50 taxable cancellation fee) refunded if cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to arrival date. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date.
Does the property have internet?
Yes - NEXT Fiber provides WiFi speeds up to 300 Mbps
Where do you recommend for public access to the Spring River?
The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission operates the following public access along the Spring River between Mammoth Spring and Hardy:
Lasseter Walk-In Parking Area, Cold Springs Boat Ramp, Dam 3 Access and Boat Ramp, Bayou Access Parking Area, and Hardy Beach Access Parking Area. Additionally, Saddler Falls Resort, Riverside, Spring River Oaks, and Many Islands are all within a 20 minute drive from the property and offer day passes ($7 as of 2024).
Is there good fishing nearby?
Yes! The Spring River is great for fishing. Many areas of the upper Spring River are popular with fly fishermen. The Mammoth Spring National Fish Hatchery provides excellent trout and walleye, especially in the spring and fall/early winter months when big browns move upstream. The cold, upper section closer to Dam 3 provides good trout and goggle eye, while smallmouth bass are further downstream. Wading or floating between Mammoth Spring and Hardy provides many excellent opportunities for anglers.
